Splishin And Splashin And Lovin' It!!

Wytten loves the water and my mom decided he needed a pool to swim in. They were gone for the weekend so we went over and got their pool set it up on our back patio and let him play in it. Funniest thing ever, the water was freezin cold, but it didn't even phase him. He just sat and splashed, crawled around, went down the slide, and tried to drink the water a couple of times. It was definitely a good purchase made by grandma and am sure he will use it often throughout the summer.

 

11 Months Old!

Not sure his weight and height and all that good stuff, we will go to the doctor next month and see how he is doing and makin sure he is growing. He is wearing size 4 diapers and still in size 12 month clothes and 18 month pjs. He is growing so much and changes everyday. It is so fun to watch his personality change each and every day. He has three teeth on the top along with his two on the bottom. Pretty soon he is going to have a mouth full, it seems as if he gets a couple at the same time, which makes it easier that means only an onery boy who doesn't feel good for a little while instead of quite often when he gets his teeth. He has started to stand a little on his own, but shows no sign of wanting to walk anytime soon, which i am okay with, he realizes he is standing so then he falls down and crawls speedy fast. We got rid of the bottle and are doing just an active sippy cup, he seems to love it so i am going to stick with it. He has learned to click his tongue, and loves to do it and then look at ya and smile like, yep i just did that! He hates the feeling of grass and cement on his knees so he spider crawls all over the place when we are outside. He has started this new fascination with doors, he loves to open and shut them, and bang them again the walls. :) He has also figured out the plug in the tub, i will turn around to dry my arms off to get him out and he will have turned the plug so the water isn't draining anymore. It is his way of saying he doesn't want to get out of the tub and wants to continue and play. Well i can't believe you are already almost one, time has flown by so fast, and pretty soon you aren't going to be my little boy anymore that likes to cuddle and rock a bye with mom. Love you so much Wytten Boy!



Mountain Saturday!

Ike has wanted to go and ride the ranger up to their farm in malad so we finally went on last Saturday. We were going to go camping as well and invited both of our families to go, but everyone bailed and no one wanted to go once it came down to it. We decided we would just go up for the day and take a picnic. It was just our little family, shaunie, and kamryn. We had lots of fun, and just rode around in the mountains for a couple of hours. We made our way to the top of one of the hills and drove all the way to the top and had our picnic. On our way up to the top we stopped cause we had to go to the bathroom and a very bad thing happened. I had taken my ring off, I know first mistake, to put some hand sanitizer on, I set my ring on the seat, well there was a bug on the diaper bag so I grabbed it and brushed it off. During this process I hit my ring off the seat, which I didn't know. I put sanitizer on my hands and then went to put my ring back on, I couldn't find it. Ike will take it sometimes joking with me, so I jokingly said where is my ring, he said for real carlie I don't know. Ike no really, where is my ring, I don't know he said, this is the part where we started looking in the dirt. Thank goodness I didn't move my feet very much and it was still sitting on top of the dirt and I hadn't buried it. After this all happened I didn't take it off the rest of the time, no matter what the circumstance. After we got done riding in the mountain we headed down to ride around all the fencing that they did the last couple of years and to see where they are going to need to do it again. We scared out a total of 7 deer from the trees and bushes and tried to scare more out by shooting Ikes new gun into the trees. We all shot it, Shaunie, Kamryn, and Me. Kamryn and I were both a little hesitant and scared, but we managed to shoot it and not hurt anything or anyone. After we had our shooting lessons, we headed back to the truck and got all loaded up and headed home.
