Girls Weekend

My Grandma and aunts have been coming down to these shows for quite a few years and this year was the first year that we were able to go because we didn't have anything we needed to be to. We headed down to st george to the condo on friday evening...we got to Tuacahn to The Little Mermaid just before the show started. It was really cool, with the different props they used and all the actors and actresses had amazing voices. It made me wish i could sing and kind of wanted to try out for the shows and be one of the dancers....but yeah that will never ever in a million years happen!! On sautrday we went shopping to the outlet malls...saw some really amazing looking people like usual, went to target where i found my awesome little girls wonder woman costume and then to dinner at olive garden. After we got done with dinner we headed to tuacahn again to go and see Grease....i would definitely say i liked grease a lot better then i did The Little Mermaid. After the show we headed to Menchies for some delicious frozen yogurt and then off to bed. We headed back home on Sunday to end the eventful weekend!!

Grease!!

Rascal Flatts

For my birthday i got tickets to the Justin Moore, Sara Evans, and Rascal Flatts concert, Ike has never been to a concert so we tried to do everything we could so we would be able to go. We both had to work the day of the concert so we were running late from getting off work late; then to help out the directions i printed off were wrong so we ended up on the east side of the freeway instead of the west to head up to Usana. We got to the concert and got to our suite which we knew noone and weren't sure how it was going to be; but then they introduced their selves and we got to know them a little bit and it ended up not being too bad and we had a good time. Once we left we got lost again and ended up driving clear out by kennecott...Ike wasn't too happy and was getting frustrated, we finally got onto the freeway and made our way home. It was a long eventful night, but we had a really good time! :)

Going the Distance!!

Well it is official Ike has left to head out to Lake City, Missouri to go and work for the week and I am staying home with tyke and digger as my guards! I don't know how people can send their husbands off to fight for our country and not know if they are going to be back or not. It was hard enough to let ike go for a week and there is about 99.9 percent chance he will be back for sure! It will be a hard week to be away from each other, but hopefully it will go fast for him working the long days he will, and me being busy with work, school, and histeppers. My wonderful sister marlie has graciously agreed to come and stay with me at night...ike didn't want me to be alone and i tend to freak myself out at night when i am home alone. I am glad ike has the opportunity to travel some for work and to get more experience for in the furture; i am thankful for everything he does for me and our future family. Love you so much babe and make sure to be safe!!

Decisions....Decisions...Decisions

I think I have finally decided what I want to be when I grow up....I have changed my major to Health Information Technology will finish that and then go on to either Health Administration or Long-Term Health Care. Haven't quite decided on that yet, but will make that decision when that time comes. It helps that they have about the same prerequisites as Dental Hygiene had I just have to take a couple more classes. I will apply for the program this fall semester sometime and hopefully get accepted that I can start taking classes this coming spring semester. I am kind of torn though because i love my job so much and the people that i work with. I am hoping that i can still work at my job now and finish up this program which will take me between a year and a half to two years and then can try to find a job with the degree i have. I am excited to finally know what i want to do and hopefully it will all work out for the best in the end.

DIGGER

Yes he does look like a minature horse and very mean....but he really isn't, he is scared of tyke for heaven sakes. When he barks you will be afraid, but he is a pretty playful dog and just wants to play and slobber all over you which isn't really my idea of fun. But Ike absolutely loves him and that is all that matters; he kept saying you got your dog why can't i get mine. So i finally gave in and he got his dog, though i told him he has to take care of him cause i don't want to end up getting all slobbery by going out to feed him. As you can see he has a little kiddie pool, his previous owner told us to get one and he will just lay in it and play in it all day...well he was right. During the day he is usually laying in it or rolling around in it, when i went out to take these pictures he looked like he was sleeping in it, so who knows what he does.
